So far, I've used Uni Opal Titanium, Mobile Pace, going to try Mobil Gold after overhaul.. Just trying them all out, trying to see the difference(if there is any)..

hey u sure anot? i heard jus overhaul when running in engine, you mustnt use a good 2T because they need to seal the piston ring thingy...dunno la....but everyone told me that.. oh something to do with lousy 2T doesnt burn easily...u need that for something...ask alex to clarify.. :cheer:

ya my friend told me that as well he said dont use fully syn 2t... by the way samuel when u run in what rpm and speed are u normally in.

I'm interested to find out more abt 2T since i will be making some adjustment soon. Who are the people that told you that? Need to find out more. :confused:

 

 

Lousy 2T = dun burn easily and cause a better seal.

 

Does 'dun burn easily' and 'becoming a better seal' means better lubrication? Since the 2T was never get burn away and was able to do its job as a lubricant thus able to form a good seal. And this is the job of a lousy 2T. Then wats the job of a good 2T? :confused: :help:

i think they are applyin the method used for 4stroke runnin in ie. using mineral oil..

i dunno how well it works for our 2 stroker..

recently comp crashed, no time to repair..

was talking to chris the other day after i got back from PG..

my timing was 2m07s..

shaved off nearly 9 sec from my previous timing..

told chris its probably due to new brake pads and tyres..

a good bike gives u better confidence..

and..

finally drag my knees a lil bit..

That's the thing - nothing I've read online or offline recommends this method for 2-strokers. The only recommendations are from some mechanics. Tough to figure out what's the real deal.

okay this morning....raining...and it happened again...the bike died....out of a sudden ...but this morning i got whacked the bike..go until 5th gear then died.......but today....a more terrible experience...the bike cannot start back...i had to tow...i just exit woodlands ave 12 going to the bke sle exit....stuck there....then nevermind guess what.....i sidestand my bike at the road shoulder..then i sit on the metal barrier..minding my own business when out of a sudden....this malaysian bike got hit by a car.....he flung like jackie chan....AND HIS BIKE CAME RUNNING FOR MY BIKE.....knn i stress....dropped my cigarette from my mouth.....go to my bike and push as hard and far away as i can...luckily miss my bike man........at that moment..i didnt care bout my life.....or the rider who just kena banged life...just wanted to get my bike out of there.........

 

 

well anyways back to my problem..i tow back to my moto shop.....he suspected overflow.....so he do my carb.....and change the bullet like thingy.......DO YOU GUYS here think its the CARB? and does COLD weather.....affected the overflow...i mean yes my bike has overflowed...like once a month...but does the cold n rain make thhe bike overflow more????? i really need help....im scared to ride my bike now...and just now after everything was finished i went johor to pump petrol and buy cigarette without much confidence...after clearing the malaysian check point......THE SAME THING HAPPEN! but thank god this time i forgot to switch the fuel to on hehehe.....

 

so seriously....what do u guys think is the problem???????????? i need a clear cut answer so i can solve the problem so i wont be afraid to ride my bike..... :(

walau lobster....u know.....the coolant....u use water?????????? knn...then when i serviced and open inside...the block already rusted....and how long u never open valve??? the valve jam inside cannot push out....must take out the block to push out..luckily can push out.....and hey the ayu unit also not workin eh.....

a few of the aprilia has this problem of dying out in the rain.... we belong to the DRY WEATHER prilia group.. bike cannot touch water or else :goodluck:

 

the technique when u feel bike dying is to clutch in , control throlttle and rev rev to dry watever water that gotten in, it will recover to normal but the problem will come back very soon cos still got water , jus repeat the reving ... the bike will die faster if u try to maintain constant throttleor open throttle or jus clutch in alone... when the bike die , dun be afraid and clutch in, let it roll on it own (aka push start on the move), it will auto ignite if it isnt to wet and u got sufficient speed ...

 

most likely is ur spark plug got wet or shorted... the plug cable thingy is loose and water got in... just change plug and u are ready to go.... my personal best record is changing 3 plug in the same morning cos of super heavy rain but mine is becos of my very "cute" air filter..

Bro the coolant cfm coolant la! not water! I change twice somemore!! One the previous owner did in front of me. Then that time my coolant leak. Change the parts at mechanic and top coolant again. All new lor. ANd the ERP unit working la.. water must have gotten into it. Otherwise how i go city sia. Valve never open la.. after that time caught speeding. 6 pts lei.. how to pia again. Scared alreadi.

The malayisa guy how sia? Sound like damn poor thing like that lei.. But I find it damn hard to throw cigeratte, get off railing and push ur bike to safety in a split second!! Macham u time stop like that!

hey dude, i think it's ya carb problem lah.. the bullet ya referrin to should be the jet..

 

i think durin rainy and cold weather, a rich settin will let ya bikes run better.. cos the air is more heavy... i dunno whether am i rite, correct me if i'm wrong. anyway are ya runnin with any air filter on ya bike?? is there a airbox?

Abt the FX plate bike, the owner says he got a bidder fpr 5K.. He 1st thing he ask when you call him is how much you can quote..
