Made it home in one piece! Good ride everyone. Everyone's got a sore ass now. No problems from the mitos and aprilias except mine as usual.

Kudos to the mito guys, richard with his p-plates and amin with a pillion!

Cruz was having a blast on his RS125.

Is anybody interested in getting replacement shocks? It is not the original sach one, the brand name is Betor...made in spain or something

Like the standard one, it has only preload adjustable and are reputed last way longer than the stock items. It works on gas, not shock oil. Comes with 1 year warranty and is rebuildable

Cost : 84.25 pounds (VAT excluded) before shipping.

Is anyone interested? If the demand is good, I can do a little mass order so that we can save on shipping.

So for example:

One shock costs S$357, 2 costs S$320 each.

for sale :

rotax 122 clutch basket - very low wear, see to believe!

25 piece cdr - brand new $8

I can't resist phrasing it another way: When you get an FN-plate Aprilia, make sure there are no "natural" power cuts from worn piston ring blow-by, loose con rod, clutch slip, broken valve, chipped gear teeth, malfunctioning carburetor components, deteriorated spark plug cable, disintegrated gaskets, corroded/clogged radiator, broken coolant pump gears, etc :cheeky:

xxes123 and Sub Zero are right in pointing out that maintenance and riding style are much more relevant in determining the condition of an Aprilia than age. But the undeniable reality is that there's a higher chance of wear and tear damage on older bikes. It's an issue of opportunity - there's been more opportunity over the years for stuff to wear out and not be replaced. Conversely, no matter how an idiot whacks his FZ plate, there's only so much wear he can inflict within his few months of ownership. This is, of course, speaking generally. We all know about fancy stuff like 3D lightning :giddy: (insider joke, sorry).

wah muser very bad sia... idiot whack his FZ plate...

guess wat guess wat?!?! my stupid plug BR9ECM fouled less than 1 week!! geez!! i think i can't use a resistor plug. wat ya guys think?? i had been using B9EGV and never encoutnered a foul plug before. But ever since I'm using BR9ES and BR9ECM, my plug kept fouling! I know my setting is a bit rich and that B9EGV has anti-fouling capabilities, but can't possible foul so easily, rite?? or it really does foul that easily?? -_____-

Im very keen on getting one but the prices there are quite steep.

The guy who quoted me the price was not the boss.

I had fun riding the mid size one, the micro ones were just impossible for me. And they cost abt $700 already.

The midi ones are about $1.2k.

Wont recommend riding round the carpark unless its a very deserted one, at that height, very difficult for them to see u.

But its sure alot of fun.

Will be going down to the shop this Sat, let me know if you can make it, should be sometime in the afternoon, 2-3?

tks Eyz!
