anyone here knows where to get loan for aprilia? tried planet, ideal and hitachi (they only do 2A bikes and above).. anywhere elseeeeeeeee?

10am-12pm : practice sessions

12-12.30pm : below 400cc race, above 400cc race.

12.30-1pm : free pratice

No credit company will do re-loan for Aprilia 2B/2A bikes.... unless u buy RSV1000 then they will loan.... Go get a bike from MAH or First Motor.... they let u pay installments but pls also understand that Aprilia is a super high maintenence bike n be prepared for the horrific $$ u goign to put in every mth on the bike..... but u get super stylo bike, super stable even can corner with 1 hand....(lol).... or use 1 hand to ride at 170km/h.....

i've alr found a bike to buy. it's at FM now, waiting to be done up.. but FM doesn't do financing (asked alr). how.. lol..

a 5% gst on a $10k bike came up to $500 liao lor... dun play play. or get some aprilia bros to accompany u down and get the terms clear lor.

Is it? I didn't know things had changed so much since 2004 I remember Vik mentioning on ARC forum that Hitachi doesn't do re-financing anymore for 2B bikes, but now even 2A bikes they won't take? So bad! Lucky I bought my bike earlier then, I guess. But even back then their age and income requirements were strict.

 

As far as maintenance goes, as has been said before by other people: If you ride as if you're racing, then you'll have to pay as if you're racing. Accelerated wear and tear. But if you have quite a new bike in good condition and you ride gently, you really shouldn't have to pay for more than the usual spark plug, gear oil, 2T and petrol costs; in other words, the same costs as any other bike. You'll only have to pay more for parts during major service intervals and when big parts start to wear out after some time. However, older bikes need more things replaced than newer ones, and even newer ones may not be well taken care of.

oh ya... machine price cheap doesnt mean u buy the bike cheap. more often the price offered on the bike is very attractive, but the totalled hire purchase interest rates...

like i say, if the interest rate is 5% per yr on a $10k bike, is $500 liao. now imagine a 5yr loan on dat same rate(varies from shop to shop), $500x5yrs equals $2500 to be added to the otr price liao.... u do the maths bro... all these to be added AFTER the otr price(subjected to an additional 5% gst on the otr 1st)dat was quoted to u.

i believed the following terms are critical to noe- machine price, other new vehicle costs & fees, coe, type of insurance coverage & cost, any agreement fees, hire purchase for how many yrs, hire purchase per annum interest(fixed same amount every yr or subjected to variable changes), any penalty imposed if late in repayment if so how many days grace. i think ur comprehensive insurance might hit $2k or more? if so ask got other insurance companies to choose from dat might give a slightly cheaper quote.
