i think you need to replace the bearing/shaft on your gear lever.

A second of precaution is an hour of safety. It never hurts to ask.

Hi guys, the Honda Wave 125 has got four gear. Can I check with you guys what's the range of km/h for each gear? For example like gear 1 is from 0 km/h to how many km/h?

Also, can I check with you where's the choke located at for wave 125s? And how do you change gear without the clutch?

Many thanks in advanced! =)

actually u can check the range on the speedo... ters a scale if you look properly..

just close throttle can change gear aredy.. and the choke is below the horn.. black in colour.. hope this helps...

Description : Gear slip problem

********************************************************************

I just bought a 125Z 2 weeks ago and I've been riding it everyday in slow pace. I notice it for a while now that my bike keep getting gear slip. Is it because my bike is still new that it need some time before it can change smoothly? Or is it because of the transmission oil? What transmission oil are you people using?

what do you mean by gear slip?

is your bike 1st hand or 2nd hand?

maybe you should change engin oil first n see how it goes..

don't hafta use the most expensive ones juz use sometin which is good enough..

its better to keep using the same brand of engin oil..

For example when I shift 3rd to 4th, it doesn't fully go to forth gear. It just go halfway and it doesn't connect. Have to wait like a second, which then I can hear the gear finally connect.

It's 1st hand.

For e.g. when I want to shift from 3rd to 4th gear. I press the clutch, shift the gear. But somehow it doesn't fully connect. And the gear will connect when I hit the gas and my bike will thrust forward a bit forcefully.
