Great sales by ASphoon

I would like to comment on the sales provided by ASphoon Changi by Steven and James. Both of them provide incredible service to my friend while she purchase a bike from them. They have taken into great consideration of her needs and provide with support whenever possible. Their service is prompt and perfect.

 

In future i'll recommend my friends to them or if i'm upgrading my bike. Thanks ASphoon! Keep up the good job!

before sales & after sales also not bad.

BUT, pricing wise is another prob. i believe every shop will have their own extra surcharge.

personal experience is okay..at least overall they are more honest than many other shops..

couldnt forget how a shop told me that my uncle* collected my ic on my behalf, but only bother to search and found it within a min after i insisted, pestered. IC also like that wtf

i got my bike here too..

when i was buying,the service was perfect,and everything was smooth.

but when i signed,then he told me i have to wait for a part(shall not b mentioned) for 2 weeks..k la my fault for not asking as i thot it comes wif the bike..so,2wks ltr,dey said 2 more wks..by den dey already told me some story behind the delay la..

ok so i waited eagerly cos i wan de part so much..so now,4mths ltr,still nothing..

yup,would have been better if ders some assuarances on their part..

4 mths,no assuarances,empty promises..

as phoon changi? to me its bad service man..

 

bought my sp at changi as phoon.. wait nearly 1 mth to collect my bike.. the sales man says in 2 wks time can be collected.. but then i went there the bike still not collected.. after i collect my bike i look like satisfied la.. new paintwork and all.. but then they didn't even service or overhaul my bike cz i askthem to do so.. carbarator la and etc etc.. but they say they do but nvr do.. ask my expericnce rider they say i kene chop by them.. after all i went to another shop at everbright to service. feel much better den.. hais.. as phoon ubi is better much much better than as phhon changi.. changi sux man!

The last time i ask them bendemeer branch bout trading in my k4 600 for a k7 750..Immediately turn off when they told me those ridicules prices..Straightaway walk off..

maybe I should have worn a skirt when i bought my bike here..

 

it is sufficient to say that ,personally, I was not too happy with the sales or technical staff based on my personal experience.

 

However the Admin staff was responsive and so were the managers...Things get better when you higher??? beats me...

 

I guess it shows that there are still ways in which improvements can be made...

At the end of the day - if the aim is to change for the better - then the corporate culture and beliefs must spread across the whole organisation and not only on the facade.

now imagine that there is this beauty challenged, height challenged and fashionably challenged person of a feminine gender crossing - same circumstance: What would your choice be a / b / c ?

 

I guess at the end of the day - its human nature...

 

now imagine if you had a bike shop with female salespersons the quality of say Mercedes Benz or BMW = would you be mesmerised and say their sales quality damn good?
