My friends COMET 125 can go max 80km/h if go uphill.... good luck....

if u r not into speed but looks den this is e bike for u..4 strokes,fuel injection,good fuel consumption..dry weight 160kg,mind u that this bike r heavy for c2b..good at cornering..often people mistake my bike as c2a or c2..often mistaken for honda bike..haha..own this bike and not regret it..otr is 8500..min downpayment is 1500 as quote to me..top speed tested by me is 123km/h...nt sure thats the max can get..u can go to the daelim roadwin forum to find out more on this bike by the riders there...but if into speed den sadly to say its not the one for u...

roadwin R has a single piston, water-cool, 4-valves, twin cam, EFI engine.

whereas comet has a air-cool, v-twin (dual pistons), carburetor engine.

older roadwin 2004-2006 model has a single piston, air-cool, 4-valves, single cam, carburetor engine.

 

they r all totally difference, v-twin engine can work against each of it's own piston if they r not properly tuned.

it is difficult to tune a carb v-twin engine, unless your friend can find a mech whom knows how to tune a v-twin.

it's performance shouldn't be less than varadero 125 (a v-twin also).

my 2004 roadwin can charge up a hill slope at 100+kph without any problems n i do believe comet can do better.
