While riding at the expressway, this started to happen:

Popping sound from exhaust pipe, throttle no power, engine stalled. After a few attempts engine can start again. What does this mean? Anyone know? 3+ year old Gmax.

Ride more often. season the bike. take the bike & ride across the causeway. take a leisure ride to Kota Tinggi or Desaru or Pontian/Kukup. Enjoy the scenery & relax.

1) roller weight: how many grams stock roller weight? and how many grams did you change?

2) pulley: stock? or racing? what brand?

3) contra spring: have you change it?

4) clutch spring: have you change it?

etc......

Dr.pulley has all the parts u mentioned, sliders, variator and HiT clutch. Suggest u goto http://forum.jorsindo.com/forum-64-1.html if u can read chinese.
