I think I know why. We assume our bike consume alot when looking at the petrol gauge.

Maybe this would help.

Normal. The Brake pad have some clearance. Aftermarket brake pad normally will have this sound. Even mine have this sound. When the brake pad season, or should i say the brake dust fill up the gaps, the sound will be gone.

I would prefer to have the tact sound. @ least i know my pad and caliper is clean.

Hi guys, I just passed my Class 2b, and I bought a fairly cheap 2nd hand X9.

I am very new to motorbike, so I am a bit worried to get "chop" by motorbike shops :(

Some of my friends actually recommended me to go fu.... sc........ But I am a bit worried because I read a few postings in SBF saying "not-so-good" comments on this shop. I do not have any intentions to badmouth this shop, because I have not had any experiences with this shop. :)

Can any "old birds" recommend me a reliable scooter shop to patronize?

Thanks my friend.

I had some scooter friends that told me about after market racing parts that can give more performance. I don't really remember the name, I think it is called "molass" or something like that. Is it good?

And I had seen a few x9 on the road with hifi systems. Looks very cool, but is it very expensive? I wonder can I hook it up with my mp3 player or handphone?

Har nor Har Nor...... Quality come with a price.

Like what you have said. Those are racing parts, it design not to last. Perhaps a few races and a new set of engine need to replace....... You don`t see Rossi use his engine for more then 5 races right?
