Jb don't have any piaggio dealer.

All the parts is either 3th party brand or brought from Singapore or KL.

Saving wise, I guess you will enjoy cheaper workmanship and cheap petrol down there.

Hi Bro. Yes. There are actually 2 models of X9 250cc version. From my understanding, the 1st batch of X9 250s are using the Honda 250cc engine which is the same as the Honda Forza 250cc engine family.

Only a small number are left in SG. They are mostly registered in year 2000' to early 2002'. FS-plated to early FU-plated.

From 2002' onwards, the X9 250cc version started using the Piaggio 250cc "LEADER" engine.

Hope the info helps.

Cheers

Hi all, I manage to find an X9 250 and would love to buy it.. Somehow when I requested the shop to start the engine, I heard some kind of "tuck tuck" sound when just accelerating and sometimes during idle.. Anyone can advice on this..? Would really like to get the bike asap, but the sound is stopping me.. Or maybe someone can help me take a look at it..? Will treat kopi.. Thanks for all the advice..

X9 200?

1500-1700rpm. Never above 2K, maybe the shop tune it up higher cos the bike will stall at low RPM.

Beware.
