super waterproof, quite light, can resist stains(camo cream)..

if raining wear, damn shiok..

but if u wear until halfway, then rain stop, it's damn hot..

but if you wanna buy, i think quite expensive. not worth it..

the new GPRs are using the bigger headers...best pick up but lose top end due to enlarged header with a stock engine..

a bit wasted they stopped the old/long one cos it really gives better performance especially on stock engines...

weight wise...yoshimura.jp claims its 2.4kg, gpr shld b abit heavier only...

Wow... U guys r really informative! Really appreciate it! Looks like yoshi is a better choice despite its price. I didnt noe stock pipe is 5-6 kg heavy! Gotta save some bucks 4 yoshi titan blue and hopefully da price will drop. Hate my stock x1-r sound coming from da engine and not from da pipe. Hope to hear more positive feedback from u guys b4 i finally settle 4 it...

not so sure.. sometink to do with airflow i tink.. but to those who big bore n mod everything only can feel it.. so far both i ask had fully mod their bike from 135cc to 160 to even 200cc(SERIOUS SH*T)... those stock wont feel it much though.. But IF i got the cash definately will get yoshi.. coz i juz wanna hear the nice loud sound.. my bike purely stock!!! :cheeky:

neway... GD MORNIN PPL!!! MONDAY BLUES.....:sian:

Monday blues, tuesday also blue. Today work from 9am to 10.30pm, then tmr stocktake start from 5pm until next day must at least finish 80% of the stock. Shagged.

Hmmm... Thinking of getting yoshi titan blue pipes 4 my x1-r too but f***ing expensive. I went to diz one bike shop asking abt yoshi pipes, but onie street legal 4 spark. Told me still waiting 4 legalization 4 x1-r in 2 weeks' time. They said yoshi pipes sound a bit louder den GPR. In terms of looks, i prefer yoshi titan blue den any GPR pipes. In term of performance, will GPR pipes deliver better performance den yoshi pipes? Any comments guys?

GPR or yoshi better? . And your personal reasons?

GPR for some sound is good enough, but you might reconsider after you hear the Yoshi's sound. One reason is Yoshi got no silencer and the header looks quite on par with GPR's streetfight. New version of GPR indeed have more pick up like mini-scrambler, but top end so far i tried only 140km/h max but you have to consider my bike is quite heavy because i havent change lighter rims, suspension, racing footrest, cdi and all. So if guess if i lighten it abit i can reach 150km/h easily. But Yoshi does have the looks and everything but i recommend you to use the $750-800 to do up your safety stuffs like tyres, suspension, brakes etc. It's all up to you. It's the hype remember, later you regret the impulse buy. Maybe wait for a while first.. then if you think the price drop till a reasonable price then buy. My 2 cents, no offence.

i use the old version and new version gpr. the new version wan got pick up but got no top end. the old version wan pick up don have but got top end. i use the old version gpr when inside tunnel my spark can go 160 no joke. i ard 100kg =D

You also got CDI what. Hahaha.. Eh Jordan sian 1/2, one of my speedo light burst.

Ya got a point, safety aspect shall be the first to look after.

Just don't outrun what those stuff can provide should be fine and lasting.

You can check out in the garage sales, someone selling 2nd hand cover-set black in color.

use it as a wind breaker or ward off cold should be fine... as a rain coat better not. My best "buddy" in NS.

do you mean the automatic chain lube system?

Its easy to lube the chain of kup compare to its bigger bros... hence not necessary. Beside I don't think there's a need to lube it frequently. But its interesting if kup is using such system.

Nah, i rather use a malaysian made aftermarket exhaust... play track if touchwood fall on ur right side c ur st legal exhaust scratches heart pain...

Yoshi... good choice.. :thumb:

scottoiler juz buy the oil only... really good stuff if u wanna take care of your chain in the long run... It may fling all around ur rims but its easier to wipe off compared to those spray type chain lubes... Sticky+ attract dirt+hard to clean...:faint:
