after collecting the cert, fill in your details, then go any vicom inspection centre get your pipe inspected. be sure to have the silencer on. it costs ard $79.

hey, guys..this is my second posting here..

 

i'm currently riding a 2 mth old x1-r, and it's fully stock without any modifications..

was going through this forum and realise many of you are getting around 170-200 km for a full tank..

 

what i'm wondering is if anyone knows why i'm only getting an average of 120-130km for one full tank? it seems very bad compared to the rest of the mileage i read about here..

 

i last got 130km/3.3 litres which is like 39km/l. and it's fully stock and i still dont whack the bike like crazy or anything, just use it to go back and fro to work and home only.

 

do any of you know why its so bad or if it is considered normal mileage? thanks a million in advance!

I assume urs is first hand... maybe ur style of riding affecting ur fc.. check ur tire pressure and easy on the throttle.. see if tat helps.

Hey, I went to the bike shop and a brand new X1-R OTR is like 5k plus depending on your insurance. Still looking for bike shops for cheaper deals..

 

Anyone know of any good bike shops that I can go to? I wanna get a new bike as well.. downgrading from my one now..
