Went to WingYap yesterday and empty my piggybank...

 

Went to install with my intention buy, the basket.

Then later Dass, the mech there poison me with this CF Chain cover.

Then while waiting for the job to be done, I see see look look and saw this. Like it and

installed.

And I spoke to the boss about coverset, ordered and a new look will come soon.

 

Now I have to get a new piggybank

 

Overall, Boss and mechs are friendly and lots of accessories. Price wise I didn't compare with outside, so I not so sure.

 

Thanks for sharing the info bro.. Been looking for a coverset for quite a while.. Good thing that they are bringing in more after market coverset.. Hopefully its in the $200+ range like what they bring in for 135lc.. The original white and red coverset is quite nice too.. Anyone have an idea where can I grab one of those? Price range? Thanks in advance guys!

haha install big bore lor, i just installed it, the bike now is more powerful

after i install my BIG BORE, my FC went 33KM/L to 54KM/L

and overall bike performance pick up is better,

but risk getting piston jamming is higher

Wow!! That's a great improvement to your fc! I thought of changing mine to fz150 big bore.. Still contemplating on the durability aspect of it.. Any one mind sharing your review on it if u have use it before? What brand n how much did u pay for it bro? Thanks in advance!

A little question.. My bike now running-in, so I kept the revs about 1/4 throttle at each gear change. However, I realized that my bike makes a 'tok tok' kind of sounds when the rev is abit higher.. But def. below 1/2 throttle. Anyone knows what is this tok tok sound? Is this sound cuz of new bike?

i paid around 200SGD for 60mm FAITO Bigbore (a more recongised brand), racing gasket, full service and Tunning @ msia kok ping

40km/L is normal arh, that time i dropped from 40km/L to 30km/L because i changed to GPR pipe and did a bad tunning,

try asking around the SHOP loh, Conrod loose very hard to hear from sound one, unless open up and see

Was his speed too slow for the specific gear??

1st gear - 0 to 20km/h

2nd gear - 21 to 40km/h

3rd - 41 to 60km/h

4th - 61 and above..

 

When I was running in, I didn't take note of the throttle.

Maybe coz I was concentrating not to over drag each gear and not going beyond 80km/h..

 

If ur bike is fully stock and brand new, there sudn't be any issue.

However, u might want to seek mechanic pov..

Stay stock..

 

Coz u will end change bike de..

 

If u die die want to change..

Decide on what u want to gain, weight the consequences..

And do comparism..

 

All of us has specific bike shop which we patron..

 

End of the day, watever u decide on..

Is plainly coz u really wants it dat way..

 

Haf fun researching..

 

For starters, there's aesthetic and performance catergory..
