Build up of dirt or worst case your front disc is warped. My diagnoses won't be spot on just by reading what you describe. As with other mechs they must test your bike to know what the problems are exactly.

just changed my block and piston ONLY. vixion kit. the rest remains standard. changed at bikeworks. till this day, i'm still not sure if its really the original vixion block or they fix some bored 150cc block. was charged $350 all-in.
