need not woory la bro..i've been there done that. fully mod (engine) on my wave last time. got an accident , still insurance fully covered. no investigate or watever, UNLESS u r using NTUC ,they r strict ! that time im using AXA .

 

Ooo Coz I Remembered One Case Where A Female Rider Got Into An Accident & Her Helmet Broke Into Half. She Died & Insurance Didnt Wanna Cover Much Because Her Helmet No PSB Sticker Eventhough She Died Because Of Another Car Behind Who Banged Into Her. So Its Like

They won't check ur bike, never hear of any case where they check bike den cannot claim insurance. Even the helmet sticker thing also long time never hear already

Price too ex for just the sleeve and piston.... even if just fix at HKL at 800 is hefty sia.... Just big bore never change the rest is a disaster waiting to happen... its like a water pipe, you change to a bigger tube all the way round but the tap still same size.... sure the tap stress after sometime... hope you can picture what i am trying to say k... hehehe

 

About the pipe... mine stock.... lets keep it to that.... or not how to maintain the 99.5% stock..... hehehe

as long as you dont speed past tp with radar gun that shows u moving at a speed way above the maximum standard speed for the bike.

 

if u go like 180km/h they may or may not bring u and ur bike to inspection centre and have them do a full inspection on your engine. they may down your engine and check ur carb, ur block, ur cdi, ur cam, ur valve. everything.

 

but if you relac... you go inspection as long as pipe standard. brakes working. u inside put racing cdi, big bore kit, high cam also they wun care.
