HI people. jus got my spark today!!! wohoo. damn happy.

 

any advise to give on the run in? how long much change EO and put chain lube or any other stuffs. this is my first bike so i wan take gd care of it.

This is my maintanance schdule for First hand bike eversince 1993

Engine oil change @ 300km, 800km and 1200km using mineral oil only after that all the way using Fully/Syn at 2000km schdule mileage for oil change. During the first three oil change , pls do change the oil filter together during oil change. As after the three important oil change then you may change the oil filter at an interval.

 

Chain oil i m using Scottoiler @ every 700km . Y i use scottoiler is that its because its good and dun attract dirt.

do we need to change jetting if we change to the gpr streetfight series? Cos my stock bike feels abit choked. Only tuning was done and paperfilter customized.

 

U can try up one size ur pilot/main jet... den give us feedback...thx

CDI change oredi? remove ur power restriction/choking...juz find a CDI suitable for daily riding

what is the power restriction/choking are u talking about? i have no idea. can enlighten me..

 

my cdi is stock. the only thing i change is my pipe(gpr streetfight) and the stock paper filter modded. i tear off the paper filter, break off the plastic liners and use a malossi red sponge to replace the paper filter. still got the hollow sucking sound but i think the malossi sponge is good enough for air cleaning. maybe must change to a hotter plug or sumthing. anybody noes of any bike shop dat can do a reliable tuning?

e disc brake conversion is using 125z rear brake if i'm not wrong..

 

btw those looking for k&n filter.. wanna try my JFC high flow air filter?

What is the difference between this air filter with other merk filters which has in advance pops out in SEA?

this air filter can filtered even the smallest dust that through it. because it has 4 layers Cotton Gauze and it has small "feather" so it can filtered more dust than other air filter it also easy to clean!

other filter only have 1 layer filter and dont have a small "feather".so it can not filtered small dusts. the dust will stuck in the filter so it will ruin the work of air filter and it hard to be cleaned

It will sure fling but easily remove with 2 packets of tissuer paper. Its available @ Hodaka Motorworld. Buy the big bottle/with the red sticker, its much cheaper and suitable for our climate. Ask Fauzi from Hodaka Ubi Branch if you wanted to know more about this chain oil.

For my spark i always go to Unique motor.Oil filter change at an interval like this month you change oil with Oil Filter then next month change oil dun change oil filter.

i realised theres abit of plastic rattling sound.. any bros here have managed to eliminate it by inserting rubber stoppers or whatever? also, any good place to shop and look at accesorries without getting chopped?

also, where can get YSS suspension fully adjustable?
