Last time, Did ask my mechanic in jb bout the modded stock exhaust to my previous x1-r, he say I was nonsense n I ended up in fixing abm racing(which looks like the stock ones).. Cost:S$70

Just the tip cover, bigger hole and without the "batang".

Sory to ask.. How come yr busa consume so much? On average a busa can go 220-240km b4 reserve(depends on how u ride). Some hit 250-260km then reserve. Even with race exhaust or when i hit the NSH.

 

Busas can hit Ayer Keroh R&R from Gelang Patah..almost or already reserve.

At your rate, yr busa seems like the 1litre bikes.

Does that mean if we use their CDIs, we too have no power cut?

Its not that it has no power cut, its just that the red line is higher. Get an aftermarket cdi, better mappings and higher red line limit.

 

Btw, the only cdi i heard (word of mouth) that literally doesnt have a red line limit is the Redbull cdi which was used by a friend who bought it at WYM years back.
