They open only during office hours, cant remember for Saturday.

 

The little office that issue 'road certs' & MHS stickers which many ppl interested for is located at the 2nd level. They got 2 type of cert, 1 is in English & in Thais words, each will cost u 20B. MHS stickers got small & large, forgotten their cost. :D

Best time to visit North Thailand this year is during end Oct to early Nov.

Becos the famous and beautiful Loy Krathong Festival is on 2nd Nov 09.

Got lots of activities at Chiang Mai leading to the actual day.

Weather is also cool and minimal rain.
