So can i ask if they currently accept any Credit Card payments? Or do i have to bring a lump sum of cash? hahah. Got a big servicing, and mod fiesta going on when i get my vtec 2 and i don't feel like bringing alot of cash.

I don't use NETs btw.

Well had my first servicing with UM and i'm kinda impressed. Firstly they open till late which is good because i'm only free after work at 6pm.

Secondly, the customer service is excellent as mentioned by many others here.

thirdly, its the nearest servicing branch from where i stay in Hougang.

And Alex was quite patient ant informative regarding my queries.

Happy customer and happy to part my money with them

just saw this thread. I was there last sat to flush my coolant and the service was good. i think it's a good idea for them to open up their office to let customer sit at the sofa watch tv. at least got air con and free drink.

went down to UM yesterday for my oil change.. the $65 Maxima oil package is still on going...

also installed fender eliminator @ $75 and Hella Disc type horns @ $45. the horns are really loud and best part is no need to worry when inspection as they are LTA compliant...& the fender eliminator comes with LED...

:thumb: for Ah Hong for his knowledgable recommendations ... no regrets taking his advice...

Just brought my bike down to the Defu branch to do some servicing for my bike ... used Bel Ray E.O. and iridium plugs ... the OWS 3 in 1 also helped to smoothen my ride ... this is the 2nd time i am using it and no regrets ...

As usual, customer service was their main priority and Alex was very patient with me and that is always nice to have ...

When i upgrade, i will surely visit them for my servicing needs ... Thanks Unique Motorsports !

Just went down today..did the full package with OWS flush, EO change and Engine ice. I reach at 6pm. Later realise Spocket and chain also must change. They did all the way to 830 without complaints or face black black. In the end change fender eleminator and light bulb also. It was already 8plus and yet they still wash the bike for me :) Indeed excellent Customer Service. Thumbs up to Alex and the other mech dunno wat the name thou.. Will definately go back again. Will be going back for the Michelin Pilot promotion:)

Thanks UM and keep up the good service.

Everytime i go down UM i seem to spend alot there. Haha but its worth it la. Unlike some other shops, they don't coerce you into changing parts that can be salvaged or used.

My next trip down will probably cost me alot; gonna change end can, clutch etc.

Now i gotta find UM advertiser's link.

oooo ... sounds serious bro ... u might wanna have it checked out early ...

but from what u have said so far, it does not seem that an E.O. and oil filter change would have caused this problem ...

get one of the mechanics to get it properly checked ...

Unique will only be open on Saturday during weekends, Sunday closed ...

Saturday they will be open @ 10.00am and closes around 8.00pm.

see ya around bro ... and till then, ride safe ...
