Bikewerkz is at shun li industrial park. When I 1st went there is when I had this problem also. So far I see they give the same service to everyone. So no worries.

 

If you really want to know if it's your battery problem, just go to any motorshop ask them to charge your batt, (I think got quick charge for an hour) after that you ride and monitor the voltage of your batt, if it dropping then it's either your rectifier, coil, or battery got problem lioz.

 

(It may also be your headlights that are the problem, coz of the higher rating of the H4 in sg, try disconnecting one of your headlight plugs)

 

bro u still remember how much u paid for the wiring??and the tock tock tock sound can be heard only when i off my headlamp,if its on n i press the ignition button there's no tock tock tock sound or any kinda cranking sound..

my assumption,

 

ticking sound coming from starter relay.

its because the battery still have some power to energise the relay (ticking sound) but can't crank the engine cuz its already weak.

 

but if u put some load (example headlight), the battery becoming more weaken and even can't energise the relay thus can't turn the engine.

 

things u can do, is recharge the battery first and measure the voltage of the battery. its the way to check whether the battery or charging system is faulty.

bros, wats the price for new water pump? my water pump seem to be nt working. hmm my coolant everytime leaking. wen after i ride for a long time the coolant will then leak below the bike wen i stop at traffic lite. the bike seem to be overheating after i ride for a short dist. hmmm any any advice?

hmmm....perhaps check ur brake hose ..try to find the leak...if leaking very badly it should be easy to find the leak spot...if its coming from the radiator den u better get it repaired fast before it becomes a bigger hole like mine...just change my radiator recently not cheap....

New one should be around 160, I got 2nd hand one for 80, works well for me. Coolant leak can be many things, maybe your coolant reservoir too much coolant then it leak, that's normal. Maybe one of your coolant hose has a hole or a clip is loose.

Watched the MTV, when he took the corner, my heart speed up coz I remember what it was like to ride my Yasha aka xiaohui. but when he cashed, I also remember what it was like coz yeah, flipped exactly like a rag doll.
