anybike if maintained properly sure ok... but like rvf they say the parts are more expensive... btw where u guys service your bike..? in sg or in jb..? jb got shop ahdo blade izzit..? trust me, i bought a Yamaha TZM and they call that a sick bike... =) haha... im prepared alright... just not sure with which bike... zx4 n g4... tall n quite fat ah bro so i scared the body posture all not nice n stuff... asking only for feedback...

 

hmmm....long term solution get a new spec3 lor....not being sarcastic but its true....like wat i posted a few post back....are u mentally prepared for the problems to come on this bike anot? afterall its a 10yrs bike which we all know...all the problems u said i already faced it....not surprising ma wear and tear is something u cannot prevent but can only slow the process by doing maintenance....

 

as for engine old....wat are u refering to? engine age or parts old???i dun think that just because of old age doesnt mean the pistons inside are not new right??get wat i trying to put across???

 

but it all goes down to whether u are mentally prepared for the problems and financially prepared for it when it comes anot.....

 

but after all the problems are settled u find that the bike is pretty enjoyable to ride be it long distance or short distance....for me given a choice to rechoose over a rvf ,spec3, cbr....i still stick to my decision....

buy 2nd hand stuff u got to be prepared one...either get a friend who knows abt bike to go down for viewing...some things cannot be sure one. if want the best, get a brand new bike!! lol..juz my thoughts..

Yeah..There is no much production of 400cc fairing bike so ppl sure to buy CBR,RVF,ZXR,GSXR..HAha

jb got place do 400s i also didnt know till mitsui they all brought me there for the first time....haha......hmm...no offense to ur size bro though indeed won look very nice but then...why worry abt wat others will see of u??? most impt are u comfy with ur bike??and can u handle it easily???if u sit on it look nice but dunno how to handle well no point sit nice nice ma....understand?

then i come out of the bike trying to figure out how to push in with the head facing out... hehe then i think and tried to push for like 15mins la plus i sick ar.. then no strength.... damn paiseah... haha... end up got a kind hearted driver help me push... :p...

 

 

NB then infront got 1 dead bird.... no wonder no 1 want to park there... the driver dunno... then he roll over the dead bird... i almost puke... but then... i still appreciate for his helping hand.. hehe... he help me park until so much to the right side de lo

Anyone know where to find those original cable tie? Those type that can be attached to the sub frame?

Not really la.. meter cable i got spare at home.. like 10 dollar+ nia.. that mechanical device near the sprocket abit more ex i think.. mine end up was a meter fault.. so i swapped with someone whose gonna scrap his bike.

 

Our meter same as rvf ones so i think quite alot of stock out there.

2nd time i saw my canvas was tempted lo... so i tot the aunty came at 4am++.... bo bian, i just LL suck thumb start bike and go...

 

alamak... when i rode out i saw the aunty exiting the carpark, and i saw her ticket machine got ticket dangling, she nv tear out... it tot is mine lo, then i faster went office check my Plate number.. haha... nv kanna

 

haha... next time i 8.15 must go out liao.. u got buy season parking?

anybody knw where to gt cbr headlight bulb?mine jus blow off jus nw,left one eye.thinking should i change to yellow light.but isit brighter?any comments?and could u guys tell me the price of the light bulb and speedo cable.my speedo meter like dancing up and down leh,i think cable cannot liao...i think i need to change it later but where gt open on sunday?

meter light bulb=RM0.50/pc

speedo cable=$S14-18@ FJT

speedo meter like dancing up and down=spoil soon..:dozed:

shop open on sunday=near-near,hua chin have.
