Paintwork/Design Question

Just a question.

 

Is there any paintwork/logos/design that is not allowed to be displayed on bikes without permit? Or EVERYTHING under the sun also can?

If i'm not wrong.. as long as it does not interfere with trademarks.. for example cigarette brands are all trademarks and you can be sued

Flags no? Cos i had an idea of having a number at my front cowling with the "inside" of the number being coloured with S'pre flag .. kinda like what Nicky Hayden and Casey Stoner does.

cigarette paintwork cannot cos sg dun support smoking. tats y pubs also nvr display ciggie before but now they play around with e rules. Nth offensive such as racism, nationalism, gangsterism,

 

alcohol can be displayed. flags can be sprayed (to my knowledge) cos a fren did spary the american flag on rvf before. i guess u dun disfigured the flag den it shouldn't be considered offensive liao...

and never somehow go and d.i.y spray the police, ambulance vehicle ect to a design of your choice..
