Should test it on 2stroke. Heard "Jacky Turbo" fixed UMA racing 28mm on his bike. Maybe can ask him abt the result. I'm very particular abt sparkplug burning color. :)

Correction.. He uses 34mm include porting.. If he uses his

bike on road for normal usage, he's gonna burn his pocket

for petrol. But that bike is only for race wise so I guess it's ok.

What's the bad points for changing to wave disc? My friend said after like 1 year, the disc won't be solid anymore, as in, the bolt won't be tight anymore.

Depends on what brand you use. If you use a cheepo ones definately it will not last long and the "bolt" as you saying refers to a floater disc will loose and will have "dry clutch" sound or some metal noise. :goodluck:

All floating are made up of 2 pieces with the floating pins.

Regardless of brand, the pins will loosen up after sometime. it is supposed to be like that, as it is not a full piece, heat dissipation is much better,

if u can get the same acceleration n top speed using the original carb..

anione can explain..

thks..

original carb is 19mm,its ok 4 a stock set up.but if u use lots of after market parts, the original carb cant deliver enough petrol to the engine....tats y ppl change to a bigger carb......to match the setting.is like, the harder u work n sweat, the more u need to drink water.is the same bro.....

as Ive mention above that its a stock carb not Mikuni TM

(n i do know how to compare which is which)

still wat im using is the same diameter wit original Dellorto carb

but its stock Mikuni carb,19mm manufacture by Mikuni n its Dslide design

My question was

"Wats the different '&' specs btw "D slide" n "Flat slide"...?"

up ah!

in reference to gstar's enquiry on the difference between the D-slide and the Flat-slide, the D slide is somewhat similar to the K-slide which is oso similar to the E-slide. All these slides come after B, which is the prototype slide of the 21st century. The late Michael Jackson used the J-slide, but us normally just uses the normal playground slides.

Ur stock carb is the Mikuni 19mm as it is the one and only available in the region of South East Asia. It was brought to this region by a Mr. Lee Kum Hong, who is the boss of Up Ar Pte Ltd.

I hope i hav made u guys confused and delusioned after reading the above statements.

i din know runners came with stock mikunis D slide carbs.

i tot all are fitted with dellorto carbs?

I know flat slides last longer as round slides tend to warp after sometime. not sure about D slides.
