hey yo everyone.. i've got a tzm problem here... here's my problem

 

tat day i was on cte... riding 90km/h sekali i heard a sound coming from my block.. then engine kong liao... afterthat i push aside... i kick start, cannot start... then i push start.. it can start , but its like no power and u must throttle it to make it alive, if never throttle it will die...i've tried a lot of times, its still same.. have to push start, sometimes backfire a lot.. i kana this since i use a airfilter.

 

due to ?

1) block crack???

2) carb go water ??

 

my fren help me check the bike he says the block is crack..

another of my fren say just wash the carb, but i check the carb looks fine to me..

 

HELP ME GUYS!!! if its really block crack.. anyone can help me who has a spare block, money is not a issue!! i need a transport, been taking public transport.. cannot tahan liao!!

hoho! just come back jb. at jam my bike heat up til 3/4. haha. den i move at 110 and den piston jam. coolant spill alot. wat cause it? wierd. den push start got 1 time exhaust come out coolant. hahahahaha.. at 1st cialat siak. must thottle or else bike die (like any piston jam), den slow i increase my speed from 60 to 70 accelariting to 100. now my bike like normal again. one of these days must go mototiam ah check wats wrong. 2wice piston jam still can move. hahaha. the power of japan y1 block. anyway going work now. anything text me. bye2

 

i suspect piston ring la hor? only these happen after i service at jb.

coolant come out,maybe due to blown gasket....

this is wat i noe lah...if wrong dun me ....

probably but the gasket should last slightly longer den a mere 1 month. furthermore it happens once. on and off. wierd. just got to check one fine day.

TZM fairings cost about 200~300 plus without fuel tank. And single seat requires fabrication. You can choose first motor for quality or jb for cheap & gd.

Be informed that the full fairings are in millenium design... so most probably you can do is... send directly for a full laquer. and customise a single seat according to the millenium design which requires no cutting of tail frame. but the problem stuff will be fuel tank.

so sad....my friend dropped my bike! argh...now right side alot of scratches.. damaged my right fairing, balancer, signal light, mirror. i think everything add up, he has to compensate me up to 600-700 bucks.. no kidding man.... aprilia stuff ultra ex.

 

wished i didnt let him test bike...no need spend time and money...so troublesome..

 

hoho, i thinking of airbrushing my bike lei!! heh... do a carnage airbrush job.. think will be very nice....but sad la...spend so long stick stickers..

Carbon fibre fairings already around 750 dollars, and thats in white colour without respray. A original RS125 should be more expensive than the said price.

 

Airbrush really depends.... You can try "Dahlia". MoheganProject. Not too sure whether he still available for sideline airbrushing.

The gasket if never fix properly will leak 1...if always overheat also will cause the gasket to spoil.but if happen once only dunno leh.check ur engine oil.....

no replacement of piston ring..

only block gaskets, oil seal and cleaning of piston and head.

they put a red colour lubricate on the gasket.. so wats the problem huh hohosaint ?
