Err excuse me, do u know there is a word called UPGRADE? Unless one is financially capable to own 2 different class bikes, he won't sell off his current one. 2 2B bikes may be achievable for most, but a combo of 2B/2A or 2B/2 or 2A/2 might prove difficult for some due to the higher rd tax/insurance costs of 2A & 2 bikes. Therefore, what's e difference between an SP & TZM rider selling off their bikes cos they wanna upgrade?

ALL bikes spoil easily if it's not maintained properly. Try not servicing ur SP for a full year & see what happens. Dun stereotype a certain model just becos someone wasn't competent enuf to keep to his bike's regular maintenance intervals.

Sorry bro but being an avid M rider & fanatic for close to 5 years now, I'm just sick n tired of hearing people say TZM "spoils too easily", immed stereotyping it as a problem bike. Thru my exp, only during my current 5th year of riding does the wear n tear replacement phase starts, compared to the average of 3 years for most 2B bikes.

rilek lah bro.. why get so worked up? i said MAYBE its because it spoils easily (focus on MAYBE).. its just a passing comment.. gee..

all bikes are prone to problematic if u don't treat it like the way u should, eg. regular servicing. If regularly or special service is provided, the bike works like wonders. Don't care about what other people say, own the bike and get used to its specialties.

:btw: anyone riding my previous ride, FT3388K ?

Inspections are done at any Vicom Centre nearest to you. $16 is the current price if I'm not wrong. Hard or lenient actually depends on the Inspector. Normally they're quite strict. Headlight, signal light, brake lights, Xmas lights etc all will be checked. Colour of lenses also critical. Chainguard critical. Rear mudguard length must span til midway of rear tyre. Certain things not certain though: Heard that racing footrest is not allowed, but shops which send ur bikes for insp 4 u said can pass. Heard also halogen (blue bulb) headlight not allowed, but send thru bike shop can pass. Xenon bulbs with or without turbocharger are definitely a no-no. Exhaust smoke emission plus decibel level critical. Reducing 2T intake plus using a stock or quieter silencer will combat this. Both side mirrors critical. Correct me if I'm wrong, brake pad wear & tyre tread depth will also be checked. I guess I'll have to stop here. Did I leave anything out?
