mine mati at 150. izit normal?

or because of sprocket?

setting tak cukup baik tu... reaching to 180 is not so much problem with stock parts.. above that just abit berat..

Better to send on ur own and buy insurance directly thru agent.

 

for inspection, just make sure u meet all the requirements such as lights working, horn, tyres.. usually will pass cos its just a yearly inspection and not being caught by tp/rov and escorted for inspection. FYI my M passed inspection using ABM chamber pipe..

 

ANd for insurance, i advise better to stick to a company and collect NCD unless others are much2 cheaper. in future when u chg to a class 2 sportbike, the 30% NCD will save u alot of $$$ as class 2 insurance cost ard 1.5k+++..

Hmm..aku punya 16/47 jugak..tapi 190..tukar setting motor..kalau tak,try check cdi cukup tak..

Ish ish ish..Betul punya teruk tu..slalu piston jam tak gitu teruk sey..Block ok? Ke harcur? Macam mane boleh jam? Takde 2t ke bawak laju laju ke engine belum panas da bawak laju laju? Btw berapa piston baru punya harga kat sana?

total aku spend $150.. piston baru and the necessory things like polish block + service valve + coolant + service carb...

after long term usage, (without the chipped parts), the piston will be hitam like that eh ?

if your refering to the black piston, it gets black due to fuel/2t burning every second. can be cleaned when doing ful service.

 

Tak bodh ler, tak slalu nampak piston, klu tak tau memang natural pe. Klu slalu bleh nampak piston sendiri problem tu.

aku rasa ni sebab pecut above 160 running more than 30mins.. sbb aku pernah kena..2t pump, pisten rod semua ok. tapi tzm mmg klw dah sampai 180 xbole lama.. kena kasi dia cooldown baru speed balik.

ohh kay . thanks for that info..

coz when i overhaul recently, mech told me that my piston "suda tebakar", but he'll just say boleh clean it. then he say piston supposed to be silver.

then some of my friends say piston supposed to be silver.

only the previous owner of my bike say it's supposed to be black.

 

so what i can infer is,

yes, the piston is supposed to be silver when it's new, tapi over the long term it gets black because of the fuel/2t burning, eh? and especially if use cheap 2t, kan?
