Bro's, I am turning 18 on March 15 and planning to get a license and a bike, I find Yamaha TZM very interesting, I just wanted to know if its true the maintenance of this bike is very high, and I am quite big size so will there be a problem???

bkn accident bro...incident. aku bwk cket hari motor berasap pasal coolant tkde air..sejak hari tu aku bwk 140 motor dh vibrate rabak, tapi sblom tu tkde pape...

 

 

eh..haha wrongly read. if coolent tkde air..it just the engine more heat ithink. not sure whats the prob. lets get other bro opinion. theres a lot of racing master here can help...hehe..

during occassional times while riding, there's this sound coming from below the tank.

 

it's some kind of bearing sound grinding against each other. engine did stall once when that sound came out.

 

kindly advise on the situation and what needs to be change? is it a norm?

i told u edi..follow me go jb..i bring to my mechanic..once in ur bike..just overhaul ur bike..then oni uknow wats wrong with ur bike....its gonna coz u 370 overhaul all parts in....once done u will like ur bike flying..haha

overhaul 370 sing dollar anf footrace racing boy cost bout 100sing dollar..

anybody knows how much i need to get ready if i wanna do this stuffs in JB if wanna overhaul whole bike and change footrest to racing one..

1.) check 3 long screw which hold ur engine..tighten up..

2.) ur rim bearing front and rear..

3.)swing arm boosh..

4.)check ur tyre got any small benjol or not..

5.)if u still can feel the vibration..tats means maybe ur engine bearing gone or the engine bearing housing loosen...if possible..do make fast move be4 its get worst....god bless u my bro..hopefully ur engine bearing housing not loosen...if in case the housing loosen..dun follow the mechanic idea with doin alloy welding..its expensive and dun last for a week..

bros, why everytime i reach 140km the motor vibrate till i cannot feel my hand throtle.

last time i dun have this problem. what can be the prob.

hie bro..if u wanna change engine bearing, u need to go through overhaul edi...its cost bout 370sing dollars including all the main parts..piston..piston ring..gasket..branded high speed bearing..con rod..all the gaskets..engine oil..coolant and etc..not including valve..power valve cost bout 35 sing dollar and the boosh bout 12 sing dollar....

oright...thanks...after the incident my M come out smoke from engine(coolant no water, hahha!) My bike valve broken, this vibration thing. engine bearing change how much?

insinde magnet got 3 coils..1 for engine and 2 for lighting and etc..each cost bout 30sing dollars and spark plug cable will be 15 sing dollar.

yo brader.. kau pakai 150/60.?? nie macam motor ex-s boleh kejar kau eh.??haha..memang nampak style..tapi motor mesti berat giler..bro engine kau tak stress eh.??awas bro..dulu aku pakai 130 jer ..atuk aii..berat giler motor..lagi bearing housing dah longgar..gear satu haus pat rod dia..hahaha..lain laa kalau kau nie chill rider..tak bawak laju..hmm num kau aper bro.??kalau singgah jb leh jumpa..kau tinggal kat maner.??

150/60. standard tzm cannot fit this tyre..
