Trico of coz im talking abt..... well i did read most of the ducati forums and the S version was not really a success as most of them prefer the 999 instead

but i would say the R is totaly a different beast due to the different cc and its has been booked in advance in US

The 1200cc R is definitely a monster. However i do have an Aussie friend in perth who owned a 999s and when the 1098S was launched over there, an italian rider was down at the track too with him and said out of the box, the 1098s is better anytime. Well i guess different riders have different opinions :)

Well you are rite somehow but a survey was done majority prefer the 999 to the 1098 due to many factors. One of it is the design which most of the italians really hate as they have moved mre towards the Japs and also .... there is no evolution to the model as they kept coming up with newer model rather than the continuation.

I really hope Ducati will have a continuation rather than a new model n design.

Try Peninsula Plaza basement.

Hi Guys,

I am facing some strange issues with my bike. Whenever I start my bike to warm it up without riding it, the next time I start it (usually day later) it will refuse to idle on its own. I have to hold the throttle open to keep the engine running and even then it runs poorly (as though only 1 cylinder firing). It will do this until I go for a ride and then it returns to normal. The next time I start it is OK. The problem only surfaces if I warm up the bike without riding it. Any ideas?
