now you're talking sense, if you are having a 48T then 5k is way way too generous. Mine gets changed every 1k. I suggest you get another slipper for your you on the street. An Evoluzione 12T will do, use OEM plates. They will last twice as long.

noted thanks!

12.5v is fine.Did it stay at 12.5V? or slowly dropping? If the bike switched on with 12V and below. Then that is not good

It's stay at 12.5v after I ride to my work place but before that I didn't check. Will have to check again tml as I'm working shift. Hopefully nothing happen. Thanks for your help!

Wait. You mean after you rode your bike. The battery is at 12.5v?

Gonna check during riding, whats the battery v? it should be at least 13v.

Yep. I think your battery life expectancy is up soon. The bike probably wouldnt start after a week of rest.

Common Ducati Problem

Not being able to engage neutral is due to the clutch not fully disengaging when you pull the clutch lever.

1. Are u using the 30mm clutch slave with the stock clutch master? This combination reduces the travel of the clutch pressure plate and prevents complete disengagement. You can try to adjust the clutch lever further from the grips to increase the travel of the lever thus i turn increaseing the travel of the clutch pressure plate when lever is pulled fully.

2. Leaking clutch slave. Tell tale sign is a decreasing fluid level in the clutch resevoir or fuild leaking from the sprocket area. Change to a new clutch slave cyclinder or send the unit for a seal recond.

Wa bro thx alot for the advises.. but im new to ducati not sure of the 30mm clutch slave. but i did try to change engine oil and also blowing out the dust by the machanic in one of the shop in bukit batok but they are like unsure of Ducati. I think i need to make a trip down to Mirneva..

Hi,

Sounds like you need a trip to Minerva... No it's not normal, you should never have to stamp on the lever to shift, it's a relatively easy adjustment.

On the termis, I would say no especially if you dont have the paperwork. but worth asking.

Cheers

Haha Thx alot bro i think i really need to make a trip down to Minerva.. Can i check how much does a akra cost for a ducati streetfighter? or anyone selling for 2nd hand ? to trade in for my carbon termi?

Should be your clutch plate. It happened to my dry clutch hypermotard also. They took out the clutch assembies and rearrangement the clutch plates. In the mean time, they did some clean up too. Running perfect.

$60-$80. Clutch assemby maintainence. Including sanding your clutch plates. But it is not done by minerva. Done by worx motorsports

It just depends on what extra parts they need. I would definitely get this major service done by Minerva as you want the service log book to be chopped.
