hey chung7x - potato chips!! haha yar i remember that man. and you too of cos haha. how have you been? good i hope? anyway ya of cos you can join us on our rides and all. the guys ride up to JB for dinner/supper pretty regularly and every now and then, we meet up as a big bunch and ride up to town or wherever to chill. i'm pretty sure you know that every day after working hours, at least 1 or 2 of the guys will be down at ah joo's just to hang out so if you have nothing to do, you can just pop by. there will always be people to talk to you. after ah joo closes (abt 9 or so), the bunch will go for dinner/supper. sometimes ah joo will even join them. and yes, i really haven't been going down much at all. always either have something on or so darn tired after work or whatever else i have been busy with even my bike - haven't kickstarted it in almost 2 weeks now, feel so bad about it. i told myself i would do it yesterday but came back totally beat after sending my godson back and slept for almost 12 hours straight my poor bike. i better go start it up today, and if possible, ride to ah joo's to get it resprayed.

 

tazzy_jnr / cephelix - i wanted to go down yesterday but was so knocked out after sending my godson home. he's such a bundle of energy, when he's around, i really don't need to sleep la haha totally wore me down anyway, i might go down to the shop today if i go for the earlier church service. really want to wash my bike, fix on my new mudflap, get my bike resprayed and get ah joo to check if my basket is termite-infested haha it's growing some kind of mould thingy and i think i spot some things crawling around. haha gross i don't dare touch it. arghh i need a new basket badd. eh gal, i saw a really pretty one at mustafa that day but didn't buy, when i went back a month later it was sold out haha now waiting for mustafa to bring in new stock for their picnic baskets. they said it will be in this week. woot!!! anyway, i think you might like the basket too la hha should go take a look if you haven't already.

dun know. some idiot. haha anyway, yar lah want to go down to ah joo's place also can not already. anyway, i finally kickstarted my bike! it backfired twice. scary thought it was gonna konk out on me. anyway keeping your bike cover is a problem huh? i am guessing you don't have storage like a box or basket? hmm maybe you should install some form of storage on your bike, makes things a lot easier.

thinking of fixing rack at the back for tyre n basket....

but dunno how much n where to get....

rack you can get from ah joo i think. TA should sell also. think the price ranges from $80 to about $150? not quite sure myself cos mine came with a rack when i first bought my bike. you probably need the help of the more experienced riders around.

if not for the rain, i could have met you at ah joo's then head down to TA. down at ah joo's (esp on sunday if it's not raining), you will most probably be able to find quite a few guys who would be interested in joining us too. haha want to go back and nag the auntie into selling me her vespa miniature collectibles la! in with some of them. die die also don't want to sell to me.

it's the same over at my place every single day! bahhh my bike backfired twice while trying to kickstart it. anyone knows why? and does anyone know where else i can get vespa miniatures apart from TA? am a bit addicted to collecting them now

cephelix - the olive green scoot you mentioned belong to one of our guys..Adrian(the crazy guy,hahah)..i think his baby's piston jammed or something got to do with engine.

-about goin down to Aj yesterday..well its ok...anyway we(4 of us)stayed till closing then we adjourned to Eunos for a light supper at till 11.30pm.

babe i'm going down with my friend to mustafa. promised him already. unless you would like to join us? they only have one type of picnic baskets la, very spacious, with a pretty floral cloth lining. i was telling aziz about it that day. he seemed to know which basket i was talking about haha do you? if you know which one i am talking about and like it, just let me know cos i am definately going down to get it. can get it for you as well when i am down. you will need it on Feb 1st wouldn't you?? haha

ooohh i saw mine right up on the highest floor, where the furniture and bathroom accessories are. ok will go check out the basement, though i think i will still end up getting the floral lining one

well,tracking my expenditure so far for my scoot on an excel spreadsheet...

seeing if my petrol cost would be ard $50 per mnth...

then at least i know how to budget....

haha only miniatures la cephelix. baskets i use until i have no choice then i change. my current basket looks really sick la i don't even dare touch it loh. i spend like $7 on petrol for my bike a month! hahah it's crazy

hence he parked it there kos it's free parking....

he never put coupon or buy season parking ever...

hmm strange. i thought i remember reading from the papers that bikes aren't allowed into Vivo's carpark? this fella was writing in to complain about how bikers are ostracised in singapore haha
