hmmmm. i remembered there was rain as well. and some of my frenz who wanted to go didnt go because of the rain. anywayz if my memory served me right there was suppose to be a band or something performing. i was kind of anticipating that however no band was there. damn. wat is a scooter gathering without some music? anyway if the program ran smoothly then kudos to the guys who organise it but scooterist and mods NEED MOOSIC! hehehehe

 

hopefully the next mods may day there's music so everyone can boogie 60s style...

the weather shud be alrite tml..

temperatures will between 29-32degree celsius.

rain shud fall ard morning and early afternoon.

raining in the evening wont be likely.

ive tis problem wif my bike the last few days..

wen i throttle at the forth gear slightly to the max my engines starts the giv out popping n 'coughing' sounds..

sumtimes it can like im riding a horse on the main road..

hahaha my bike sounds sick..its pretty funny but at the same time annoying!

its the the same for other gears too..

dunno if u guys got heard of tis prob.. if got, help me.. better if its DIY..

This is called "4stroking" if I'm interpreting you right...

 

When you're giving it lots of throttle and revving high, the scooter stops wanting to rev futher and the engine noise becomes burbly and sputtery....

 

Classic 4-stroking .... which means your main jet is too rich (or air corrector too rich) in your carb....

 

Go to http://www.vespamaintenance.com to find out how to look at your carb jetting... report back here with the numbers...

ooh Rinn's maiden ride eh? haha did you guys meet up in the end? it was drizzling almost throughout the night. anyway, i got my picnic basket and vespa miniature from mustafa already, thanks to your tipoff about the miniatures being in the toys section haha thanks gal. oh yea, and if you want the basket too, you better hurry down to mustafa cos they only brought in a handful. i only saw about 5 or so when i was there.

 

oh and feb 1st is inching really near eh gal? can't wait for you to pass your TP and to get your bike! from always being the only female rider in the group to having you and Rinn as fellow lady rider companions - wooo hooo the long awaited day has finally arrived!
