Need some help and advise.. URGENT!!

Recently brought my bike (X1) about 1 month plus ago. Now my clutch plate got problem. When i kick to second gear sometimes will auto go down to netural. Another thing is that i have change my rim to sports rim and a racing boy oversize disc. now there's sound coming out from the disc caliper. When i move off i can hear that the disc is touching the brake pad. When i push my bike the front is very tight. Really very stress wif all this problem liao. I have been spending money every 2 weeks to repair this and that. Now i really need advise to solve tis problem.. Thx lots guys!!

I think it's actually quite common to kick to neutral from first for some bike models. It may not be a problem with the clutch, just got to shift from first to second more deliberately.

 

To me I feel it's a good thing, rather than having to hunt for neutral everytime you park.

 

And if the aftermarket disc is causing problems, why not just switch back to stock? Perhaps it wasn't as compatible as you thought initially.

I went o bike shop they told me is the rim and disc and brake caliper got problem. and for the gear is that when i shift to second gear and move for 5 sec it will drop.

Hrmm not too sure about your gears then but maybe you should change your brake set-up back to stock.

But i dun have the stock brake disc liao. The bake caliper is moving when i turn my wheel.

If it's a floating caliper, then it does move abit so that both sides of the brake pad will bite the rotor, however the securing points of the caliper must be firmly fixed to the fork.

Squeak my mech say its not smooth must sand. The the wear indicator also not at the mark. How? I have bees in my front brake and mice in my rear brake.

Now is the worst part liao.. My whole spocket drop out when i was abt to move off. and the rear rim jam.

just curious, which bike shop u go? why dont u go to some reputable and honest bikeshop and ask them to do all the necessary replacement and checks for ur bike to be road worthy...

 

and prepare a budget for all the replacements, say $400 bucks? to be honest, ur spocket can alreadi drop out, whats next, ur engine explode or smth...

normal for ybr larrr bro,front brake caliper is floating disc,tats why wen u brake cums out the buzzzzzzzzzing sound so it's in normal condition,btw ur back squeak is normal for dru brakes wen wet or full of dust,go have it cleaned or perhaps change the brake compund in the rotary wheel when it is worn out.:angel:gd luck

wahh bro are you sure,seems like 50% of your bike parts not working.hmmm i suspect foul play.aniwae have it checked,sumtimes things are meant to be in working order but you suspect otherwise.best go recce or ask other bike shop opinions.:sian:gd luck
