I am Asian. I speak Asian languages and eat Asian food. I can speak the local slang and communicate with the natives here. I can even swear with the local vulgarities like @#$%, %$#* and !@#$... I charged up the same hill during the dreaded national service like everyone else here. Eating with chopsticks are fine with me too. So I am not a bloody banana. But I do have a biological banana that metamorphs into a cucumber. Can I CIM into you? :p

Anyone here driving the new 2009 5-dr STi? hw is the fuel consumption like?

 

i dun think so perhaps u might wan to register at the various subaru forum in SG so it make it easier for u to find out FC as they own e ride.:)

Dun wan use petrol den buy some other fuels run vehicle..

Biodiesel not bad.. 80cents per litre..

CNG also quite standard.. 10 litres for 230km..

 

or pump at malaysia.. cheaper by almost half..

fc for wrx 2.5 is at 8-9km/l, sti at 5-6km/l on sport# mode. With a good tuner, better fc as well as better power will be achievable. Stock Subaru engines are tuned pretty rich condition...

for the 2009 sti... we have gotten a avg fc of 9km/l before tuning on the nshw from sg to ipoh..

 

on stock car with tuning, no mods required, u will be looking at the range of 280whp and 70lb/ft torque gain.... FC wise, if we were to lean out a bit on the light throttle crusing part, shld be ablt to get a bit better.. but hell, its way good already for a 2.5l 300hp performance 4wd car...

u can try selling in scs, there have quite a number of TS owners. Likewise leave it at Ah man if he willing to do the selling for u .

How much would extractor cost only? Times are that bad? :giddy:

 

as i recall new extractor fr JP new at 250 in early 2008. Well market is still bad for some trades of Biz. :)

there r 2 type of extractors for the TS. 250 is the forged steel and another is 450 for the stainless steel. i bought the 450 early 2008.:thumb:
