Stingz...it's been a long time since we heard from the creator of this thread...sms u a few times but no reply. hope u r in good health.

this is for u , Fz1 home made mirror block off plates.

U can actually do it urself. all u need is either a plastic casing or a soft aluminium plates. the guy who did this, used a metal plates/sheet, cut it into the exact size and sprayed a desired colour. stick it using a double sided tape. save money..DIY.

Yamaha FZ1 Fazer 2006/2007

Engine: 998cc, 20-valve, DOHC, inline-four

Power: 150bhp@11000rpm

Top speed: 240km/h

Dear fazerians, i was going through a few foreign forums, some i can't understand the language, i found there are many cases of cracked chasis on the FZ1 2006 and 2007 models. i'm sure it's not a surprising issue here and most of u already know, but it is surprising for the fact that the number of cracked chasis are increasing.....some were fallen cases and some are just plain dull normal riding(this is the one I'm afraid of). it's extremely disappointing for the fact that yamaha overlooked this matter and have not gone through a proper R&D(research and development) tests. Here in S'pore there are already 2 cases of which both riders crashed their bike. one of them got it repaired locally and the other ordered the frame(so i've heard).

 

those who have got the bike, there's no turning back now. So, do take care and be at the highest alert, maximum self defensive riding and take no chances and PLEASE, NEVER EVER PRACTICE OFFENSIVE RIDING. Most of us intend to forget tiredness and fatique and carry on with the riding but these are actually the main cause of disasters waiting to happen. Be, at the freshest of freshest. Set your mind on the road and be an ultimate rider.

(i think this video explains enough the meaning of being offensive)

not bothered about other road users/irresponsible.

SPEEDING whenever/wherever.

treating the road as a race track or a stunt stage.

 

ii. ultimate rider

I'm sorry i can't find any videos related to this. In my term it means being very careful and able to avoid getting hit and taking a hit. to protect oneself and others aswell as the vehicle which is being riden.

Since we are already open the hazard/danger the point we start our motorcycle from the carpark.
