i got a question, tried searching the forum but to no avail. is it possible to change the default green LED speedo light to other colours, say white? in fact, i just changed the bulb recently because the bulb fused, but i realised it does not lie in the colour of the bulb. was suspecting if it's the speedo "film". pls advise. thank you!

well... the bulb under the meter are normal t10 bulbs... its the speedo scale itself that is green... you can use coloured LED to try override the colour... mine is blue now, but I can't read the odo well at night...

don't fret about the scale's colour... there are plenty of other stuff you can tweak with your phantom

check if your chain is loose! :cheeky:

phantom is rear heavy... flying over one hump is gonna lengthen the chain considerably... :giddy:

ok now i got a question. my bro jus dropped the bike after parking and forgetting to put the side stand. am seriously considering of puttting the crash bar, looks way cooler anyway. so how do i actually go about doing it? buy from LAB and DIY? easy to install ourselves? or get them to install for me? any fees involved?

you can buy from ah boy... installation is probably "free" (included in the price)... you can d.i.y. it only if you have the tools to unscrew the bolts at the 4 mounting points...

hell... you won't want to pillion the crash bar home... right...? :cheeky:

yeah, think do at ah koon easier. more ex than ah boy, but dun have to diy. i diy mine after buying from ah boy. not an easy job cause the crash bar doesnt fit into place perfectly, brute strength is needed to push here n there. :)
