Hi Brothers

 

anybody knows if Compass point has closed its foc loading bay motorcycle parking? I was denied entry by the security guards, "not very friendly" and was told to pay and park at the main carpark.

 

I was so angry with the attitude that I left and refuse even to shop at Compass point.

 

Any brothers got updates?

 

I just went there today and encountered the same thing.

the m/cycle parking lots at compass point is still there, however, it is no longer free, $1.20/entry.

Barricades were setup to seal the route from the loading bay entrance. You will have to enter via the same route as car, and there are signs to guide you to the designated m/cycle lots, which is at B3.

-most carparks just detect IU, i.e. no cashcard is required when u enter. eg. IMM

-some carparks allow you go squeeze thru the barrier when u enter but pay using cashcard to slot in the machine when exiting. eg. jurong point.

less than 5mins walk away at Ubi Road 2 have proper coupon bike lots.

That, Im not so sure. It seems to be full whenever there are slot timings for Class 2A and 2. Hahas!

Another way is to park directly just outside the CDC entrance, on grass and pavement. Hahas at your own risk that is. =x

 

That time I went there, all (those taking class 2 and class 2a slots) kena ticket. $70 if i overheard. Some of them were pissed. Hahas. Think they went to appeal or something.

Hi can anyone confirm parking at Shangri-La hotel is free ? and if not whats the nearest location ? parking coupon is ok but seems on the map that area is all private estates...

 

On the list it says FOC , but i just called them to confirm and the receptionist says for guests , its $10 per entry for motorbikes
