Not sure if yours is the newer IU. Some gantries have problem reading the newer IUs

i believe if theres a cashcard pic or the word anywhere near the reader slot, we can slot in our cashcard but some may still be using those old type of tix card which u may have a risk of getting your cashcard stuck in the slot. one example of this slot-in cashcard carpark is bugis junction(only for bikes)

I have a similar issue with yours too and it has to do with the IU being too old for the gantry to read. Inserting the cash card will not work either as it doesn't have any records of your earlier entry.

 

What to do? Just wait for another vehicle to come and scan, after that zoom out.
