went ndc to park and paid 65cents. used my ezlink to pay though

ndc and hpb are 2 different companies but they use the same basement parking for cars. motor u need to park near the parking kiosk. at the open car park next to ndc and opposite ncc, motorcycle parking is free (if you can get a space because its taken up by many malaysian riders or SGH staff)

but some cars will honk at u rite if u squeeze through , I kena horn a lot times alr. issit wrong through? cox eg plaza singapura carpark usually evening always carpark full one, but I see the board write motorbike still got slot. so can just squeeze rite?
