Anyone noe how to fix signal lights?????

 

Mine aren't blinking....

 

It will go on but will not blink.......sigh..... :help:

just wanna check, is ur 2 signal (front & back) on left and right ON when ur signal switch is turn on to left or right?

 

did u change any signal bulb recenltly?

my rxk it was the relay that was spoilt..

 

changed around $8 i think..

For my case.... I changed to a different signal light because the old one broke. Right now it blink FASTER than normal. Guess the bulb wattage is a bit smaller. Any way to solve the problem??

Change the signal relay, but not all bike shop sell tis type of relay. if possible change the signal bulb to higher wattage. eg. now u using 12v 10w, change to 12v 21w.

maybe the voltage/watt of your front and back bulbs is different. it happened to my TA200 too, sent it to looi's motor and he told he this. so he juz changed the front bulb and its fixed.

how to make the signal blink faster then normal? change the signal relay?

 

then wattage of the signal blub play wat other role other then brightness?

maybe the wire connect wrong cause happen to mi once.. haha.. and also possible batt weak..

If signal faster than normal, its the relay alrite.

i kana once when i use a lower voltage bulb and the signal lights blink very fast...

I also encounter somethin like this..But its an on/off kinda thing..Sometimes the signal lights blink..Sometimes it just freezes (never blink)..Ahaha..Off engine and then start again then ok already..So is it relay/condenser?

sounds like water got into your electrical circuit liao... haha...

if not then its your condenser having problems...

happened to me also. just change both bulbs to the same wattage and it's solved

Hey guys,

 

i'm facing this problem too. lights dun blink, just stares. my condenser is not connected. went to the mechanic but he said he tried to connect. mentioned something about somewhere within the circuit showing signs that it's not "strong" enough to power the blinking.

 

he demostrated. true enough, once connected, the headlight and taillight immediately dimmed. not too much of a electrical guru. can anyone advise on what could be the problem?

 

i was trying to look around for DIY circuitry on motorcycles. diagrams and pictures on how to troubleshoot but just can't find anything that matches my search so far.

Indicators wont flash if battery not hold charge still poss to electric start sometime but old battery just act as curcuit connection so bike will still operate, take out battery cross the terminals see if got weak/strong spark if weak replace

My signal light gives the same problem too. It blink FASTER than normal when I accelerate...Sometimes it just freezes (never blink). So I used to LAB condenser but still got the same problem. Then their guy said it was my rectifier problem without even using a voltmeter to test. After getting this new rectifier, my signal light still got the same problem.

 

So I went to another bike shop. Got an $18 Yamaha condenser and my signal light is back to normal. I got to know that actually I do not need to change my rectifier!! That's because I have always measured my battery which gives around 13.4v. Which means my charging system got no problem at all then why change my rectifier??
