guys, guan hoe moving end of this mth, confirmed with the malay guy when i was there on fri. move to kakit bukit, building name is autobay, something like that. unit no is #02-44.

just leave it @ on. petrol will stop flowing when you off the bike. look for my previous post, i got post b4. prime, heard its to flood the carb with petrol. mileage, mine only 180km b4 res. dont take FC as a too big issue, wait you will start finding ways to improve it. but in the end, nothing seems to improve...

from what i know, you gotta switch to PRIME first then RESERVE when your bike main tank went outta petrol... prime will get the petrol flow faster etc.

actually, i nvr use prime. once res, go for the pump station.

fyi, if you never drain your tank b4 when you took over the bike, dont try till petrol res oso finish. cos water easily goes into our fuel tank, then stay @ the bottom. once the water goes in to your carb, byebye.

i drained once, ard 1L water inside.

heh. thanks for the responses guys. turns out my mech said exactly that. as far as possible, dun touch the RES tank. cause all the rust, dirt and water that ever entered the tank is all at the bottom. so it'll kinda screw the carb over. but its possible to drain the whole system and everything at servicing right??

depend on condition... for mi gd condition price range is around 2.4k to 2.8k... lousy condition can cost as cheap as $800 - $900?? see wat u wan.. pay nuts get peanuts... shop i think sell ard 2k to 3k... agar agar onli ar...

Shop selling 3k above. Was quoted by shop up to 4.8k! That was when I was thinking about selling my G4 about a month ago. First I go to a shop which have a G4 for sale and I enquire about the price they selling. After which I ask them how much they take in my bike. Most shops say they don't take in. One shop even dare tell me they take in my G4 for only S$500 when they quoted the OTR price of their G4 they selling at 4.8K! Their G4 can't even start!

Depends on whether you are comfortable with the riding posture. I myself don't feel comfortable when I ride my friend's RVF and fireblade (felt the bikes kinda small). I prefer kawasaki zx400rr and of course G4 posture and handling. To each his own bro

a well designed heavy balancer will reduce the vibration on the handlebar...so when riding for long distance...ur palms and fingers won't feel numb...and according to other pple..they were saying that heavy balancer will also reduce the chances of tank slap

got once i park beside a RVF den i see... wah.. tat RVF look so much smaller... suddenly thou it was a 2b sport bike park beside mine bike... opps...

i changed a 2nd tank for $30! was lucky, my mech left 1. should cost more than that outside. mine i still gota respray myself.

you will get use to the posture very fast. my back oso hurts when i first got mine too. maybe becos our tank longer than other 400.
