02-04 GSXR600/750 rear shock should fit the gsxr400 too. May need to remove the rear hugger for clearance of the piggyback on the shock. But don't mark my words for it, as I could be wrong. Nevertheless some of this shock is selling pretty cheap on ebay less than $30 not inclusive of shipping though

 

In US someone have install the above mentioned shock on the bandit400 by relocating the coolant reservoir and battery holder. For the G4 the only obstruction I see is the hugger

The gold fren brake pads will not fit the gsxr400p model, because the pad is longer , doesn't have a semi circle cut at the bottom edge. After install found the pad is too close to the brake disc button, and basically the brake is not effective at all.

 

Went back to Mah to feedback the problem, jefferey verified the parts books and agree to exchange for SBS brake pads, which have the semi circle cut at the bottom edge.

 

Also brought my right caliper to a small machine shop at perak road to fix the damage thread, $10 for drilling and inserting a heli coil.

Mine no color, but basically is normal silver in color.. got 7 markings for adjustment at the middle.. large one.. but the black knob at the bottom cant be found.. Mr Han Thinks it could be Bandit's Sus or others.. Definitely not GSXR400RR.

 

Also, jus FYI, The ORIGINAL sus was build to last and not spoil so easily so they didn't make the rebuildable ones.. I could be wrong or my source can b wrong.. Cos GH told me one.. He was surprised when i said my sus spoilt...

 

$100+ for the Bearings, how many i dun know.. hehe.. cos haven change and thats the price he quote..

Ride w/o a valid License.. Hmm... Thats interesting... How he got ur key?? And i think he basically sway kia cos ride also can get stopped.. maybe he panicked when he saw TP nearby.. then pee on the bike and the police stop him for littering / illegal dumping of waste...
