By rite need to use a micrometer to take reading.

But one look at mine you can tell the brake disc very thin already, dun even need a gauge to measure. Maybe I will get the disc from the scrap L model and send to shop to press fit the buttons.

plannin to keep the ride for long?

I see you change coolant quite often. Somehow my temp gauge doesn;t seems to be working anymore, the gauge always stay at low.

Coolant dun need always change one.. U can always change ur EO every 2 weeks...

If there is nothing wrong with ur operating Temp, leave it..

So u mentioned the temp is always low, but does it move at all from the position b4 u start ur bike? When the bike is hot, after warmed up in traffic jam, does it go up at all? if it does, the Gauge is workin. U probably have a very good coolant in there operating optimal.. U can try Redline WaterWetter, should be able to bring ur temp lower...

I made the oiler myself, it lubes both side of the o-ring chain, no hassle to lube the chain at all. I am selling the oiler for $25, you interested?? Maybe got outing I show you guys.

I know of this shop which do machining for motorcycle parts, its at perak road, it a small and run down shop, but they charge quite cheap. Last week I bought my brake caliper there to repair a damage screw thread for $10. You can try asking if they do flattening or not??

If you want to DIY try the loctite 609 retaining compound, it holds up quite strong. I have applied and let it set for 3hrs and its works amazingly well. If you need the loctite I can pass some to you.
