how to hang helmets on this bike ah?? the rear seat there

i know there isnt any things for us to hang, but can we do something to it so we can hang?

In my personal opinion and experience, Its convenient to hang the helmet there cos lazy to bring around mah.. Heavy somemore, shoppin with it not convenient..

But my main point is, There are idiots out there who wanna fetch others and yet didnt bring spare helmet. So they jus go to a bike and cut off the helmet strap.. Hate these BasXXXds!!!

Also take care on raining days cos the helmet will get wet.. and if u travell on the road with the helmet hanging ard, its not convenient to go between cars during peak hours...

I used to hand the helmets on the bike on both sides w/o additional hooks, u know the 2 metal studs below the rear seat when u flip it over? i insert the stud thru the ring of my helmet strap and then lock the seat down. Insert only one ring not 2, 2 will be too thick...

Just my humble 2 cents worth.. :goodluck: :bouncefire:

halo need :help: from fellow g4 riders. got quite pissed with my bike. my bike couldnt start after it finish raining this morning arnd 7am, and this is the first time i encounter such problems. i parked there for like 7+ hours or so, so engine should be cold + it's raining and when i start my bike after i lift up my side stand, it immd give out a piak sound and after which i cant start my bike( batt shld be ok tested the lights and horn) when i con'd to press my starter it still give out sound but it just couldnt start, and when i start my engine my fans are already moving till my batt went flat. right after my batt when flat, did a push start and it's able to start. hmm could it be the spark plugs problem? water getting into it?

thanks ... :help:

My friend, u are probably facing the same problem i faced 2 weeks ago. Due to the missing oil in the sus, the rebound is not dampened. therefore, when compressed, it'll rebound back as fast as it goes down.

Ur rear sus is gone...

Got to add this, maybe this is a little hope to you.. but very highly unlikely..

Ur sus may be set with a high preload and low dampening (someone correct me if i'm wrong with this) Wrong setting of sus so u :bounce: around on highway...

Abt the closing throttle, maybe u r facing backfire, this i cant confirm.. maybe some experts in the thread can help u c and save u money, else my reccommendation is u go to a mech, let them take a look. Go look for 2nd sus, then get it changed. Some say Planet got a lot of 2nd hand parts, but i cant find the rear sus there, so u have to try ur luck. :goodluck:

My non original shock preload is set too much, I bring it to Seng Motor Hung, Univeral Motor workshop, last friday to adjust it, now its better.

I borrowed the tool from Michael, and adjust myself. Michael was kind enough to squirt some lubricant and help me loosen the nut, and didn;t charge me a cent. :thumb:

Wilson: Front 15 rear 44 is recommend n so called stock size. Some pple change to F 14 Rear 46 to make their troque stronger.. but makan more petrol n very fast must change gear liao if not u'r entering da 'shiong engine' zone.. 15 44 is just nice. I myself used 15 44 , 14 46, 15 46 and lastly 15 44 on my bike. Still prefer 15 44. Just nice

My rear sproc is 46 now not sure abt the front, 100km/h @ 6K rpm @ 6th gear. Same as my bandit400, but gsxr400 pickup was better than my bandit with 45.

The water will not get into the engine because there is a gasket on the spark plug, unless your mech never tighteh to the correct torque on there is dirt which result in the spark plug unable to seal properly.

To see if there is water in the spark plug recess hole, remove the spark plug cap and shine a light to see if there is water, if there is, dry with a cloth and try to start again. Later bring to shop to use compress air to blow out all the water and check the rubber cap on the spark plug cap as it may have worn out or its not properly cap by your mechanic after change of the spark plugs.

Water filled up in the recess hole will cause current short to the engine case instead of its normal path direct to the end of the spark plugs, hence no spark and ignition.
