Let's look at the diagram from left to right. When you turn on your headlight switch, it puts 12V across the relay coil which in turn closes the contacts. The contacts switch in 12V from the battery to turn on the ballast, which in turn ignites and powers the HID bulb. Pretty simple concept.

actually look quite easy to connect to the ballast.....

 

need to see your connector first to make sure issit the same as what i think.

where to find the screw to release engin oil ? i forgot to see where the mech unscrew the last time... now wanna change oil myself.

Err guys..

 

Where can I find the choke for G4? (If there's any)

 

I've been laying up the bike for 2 weeks now and another 2 more weeks.

 

Is it advisable to change the battery to a new one once I can legally ride it?

mines a size 21 nut at the bottom of the right side fairing :goodluck:

the choke is a small lil handle at the left side of the four in-line carbs, quite small but once u pull, u can see a metal piece connecting all 4 carbs move wif it also...digicam not wif me, else can take pic to show u

 

yes a new battery will be advisable... better be safe den get stuck on the roads doin push starts :cheeky:

U can buy from any bikeshops...the size is YTX9BS, preferred brand is Yuasa Japan :smile:

new battery comes wit instuction, u can read from there, a small piece of paper. not to worry!! lab selling around 40+.

Hmm....Can't really say guan hoe ex. Because they are the agent for Suzuki.

 

Like you go to normal bike workshop and going to agent workshop. Agent sure more ex than those normal bike shops one. But agent confirm using orginal parts from Suzuki Japan.
