Meeting point : Outside Marina Square 7-11( 1600 hrs, 4pm)

 

Purpose : Guys get together, carnival And See Race queens also ... heheh ...

reg bout the movie on 5th feb..i onli can make it after 6pm.n headless bike.not everyone like to lonbang gal.lol...like me...keke.

Hi suzuki bros, u guys know which bike shop can do a good valve clearance? TSP OR GHC? Need ur precious advice.:cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

hi all gsx rider, i've been riding my fj plate gsxr400rlxsp model for abt 1-2 mths.so far so good for mi. but i need to knoe abt servicing for our bikes. wat type of spark plug do u all use normally? iridium or jus normal one? any reccomendation for engine oil & how much it cost for tuning and wash carb @ where? anyone changed thier wheel bearing b4 & how much? is guan hoe the best place to service gsx? soory i knoe nutz abt servicing 400cc. anyone care to share?

Guan hoe not actualli the best place.but they r reasonable n honest as wat i noe..lol.juz got bac my bike.so far so gd.he do suisui for u loh even u lost few screw they patch up for u.lol.btw my bike break down becoz of dunno wat manectic coil.(due to wear n tear)its a veri common problem..heng ar not cdi if not i eat grass liao.coil,gasket,clutch wire,choke wire all around 190(included tow$30)

anyone wanna do seat cowl for gsx mah ? i got redirected by first motor to another person doin it he quote 100 maybe more ppl can get cheaper.

stock plug: NGK CR8EK.

tried before lots of high end plugs but i cant feel any difference. you need 4 too, so its not gonna be cheap if u blow it on $18 irridiums.

 

any reputable semi-syn or fully-syn engine oil is ok but up to personnel preference. keep in mind that u have buy 3bottles.

 

guan hoe probably offers the cheapest carbs cleaning and synchronising service.

 

wheel bearings can be changed anywhere. Price varies but generally costs less then $100 for both front & rear.

 

parts at guan hoe are pretty ex. but the old man is pretty good if u encounter problems. There is an additional service charge too.

Walao... Had my carb cleaned there and now my idling is a bit irratic.

When start the bike, gotta rev it.... damn....

I've had it set to 1.5k RPM.

When I off the bike and let it cool for sometime, it can't start without me opening the throttle or adjusting the idle screw which when starts, will shoot to 4k RPM.

 

I'll then adjust as accordingly and when warm, set it back to 1.5k RPM.

After riding the bike, when comes to traffic light, idling will not go back to 1.5k RPM.

Will jump about.... I dunno whether izzit cos the idle screw was loose... gotta

adjust as accordingly.

 

and it surges irregularly....

 

Dunno where leaking air if any.... or maybe rich pilot circuit, but the old man never change any jets at all....

ya .. anybody else interested ? btw anyone saw ppl share seat on a gsx? the rider seat is so small and i wonder reli can do it? cause once i saw a gsx rider & pillion share seat, dunno izzit the rider mod into single seater and make the seat longer :confused:
