Hey bros, just a small question..how much would a bottom rebuild cost for a pgm 4?rough estimate..changing all bearings and crankshaft too...+ labour etc..

 

New crank change with labor 2 days can do incl all new gaskets and seals on the crankcases no bearing changes needed on the cases..1.1K..crank alone abt $740,..PM me if ur intrested.

haha i dun service other bikes rather than my own, just some simple things that eventually most riders will pick up learning thru experiencing whats happened to their bike, who knows youll know muchh mucch more in jus a month's time

hjahjaha thats a dream after NSR250, my 1st dream was PGM, i dropped the idea that time was due to comments on how shitty the maintenance will cost.. but i heck it and tell my self, PGM is the one i love =P CBR600... hmmm think get car better =x 2A is enouughh! hahaha , anyway PGM riders are mostly rich ma, cos PGM = People Got Money afterall hahahah:cheeky:

 

geee... my PGM now drains fuel at 11~14km per litre @_@.... but to keep up with power and speed, all's worth burning hahaha

Yes, i'm happy with my PGM. And after 8 year riding it, i'm still happy happy with it. No doubt, sometime it "hi-kup" abit here and there.

 

If infuture, two stroke start to pour in again, i believe PGM will not lose out also.

aint really sure.. went riding with ZeroKenshin to meet up ryan n guys tat day.. it gave up on me on pie..

 

rpm needle suddenly shut off n drop to 0.. no matter hw i rev, throw start(push start) it wont start.. then i was thinking ****.. piston seize/jam?

 

cos my kickstarter cant kick.. den HRCSGP/ZeroKenshin said if piston jam 1piston also can ride just no power, and if piston jam also can kick the kickstarter thing..

 

so bottom line.. mine is crack gone liao.. gees!!

why not, last tym my previous pgm (stock) can go 260km full tank. ^_^

*tire pressure front 220/ rear 250

 

maybe cos of tires oso?

Hi guys,

Recently i discover when i filled my radiator with coolant full till the cap. Then i started to ride from dest to another dest, the coolant level in the radiator drop 1/4. Anyone encounter this before is it due to weather too hot evaporation?

 

HRCSG/jelanpanzi or anyone got any solution? Any thing to change/add to make the radiator more cooler?

 

or buying compatible or 2nd hand radiator plus all the coolant hose cost how much? anyone selling? pls break down the cost between radiator & coolant hose. Thank alot for the help.

haha when i got the cash then i bring over to get it fix/see.. now army.. pay 500 only.. need pay installment ~200.. bal 300.. need eat, top up petrol for my another bike, buy 2t, etc.. bal v.little hard ah..
