Name that Bike

Hi,

 

Lately I have been seeing a really '"skinny" bike on Singapore Roads. Appreciate if someone can help me identify it.

 

The bike looks like a bicycle frame with an engine. It looks like a motorbike unlike one of those bicycles fitted with a combustion engine. The exhaust is directly under the seat.

 

Hope someone can identify the make and model.
