I went to the track last saturday with a proper helmet, gloves boot and jackeet. ended up having a fall, left knee busted. still have a bandage on the knee :)

 

Anyone who's coming its better they get more safety stuff. just FF and jacket wont help.

 

Beg, still or borrow those BBDC type of elbow and knee guards if you can. :thumb:

i dont have a 2b sports bike, can i join?

 

my bike is a 2b scrambler... with knobbies :S

i have ff, jacket, boots, gloves, jeans and ssdc knee pads

 

Its OK with me if its OK with you. Just note that the knobbies won't provide that much grip on the tarmac so don't go too low in the corners.

Can Aprilia RS 250 join? :)

 

Am trying to keep this to the 2B riders first for this time.

 

I have been doing the same clinic for supermotard riders for the past few months but decided to do for the 2Bs since I believe somewhere in there, is a potential racer who can race my little Y125Z in next year's 125 Two Stroke Novice Open category.

can i join?? i riding a pgm now. haven been to tuas track b4. been to pg around 5 time and have own racing suit. but then now serving ns. keen to learn more and need guidance from those experience trackie.

Relax lah... just put that sentence in as a joke only. There is no difference between a two stroker or 4 stroker.. at Tuas track their performance are about equal... its the rider.

 

I already said that its not a racing session so those egoistic riders who need to show off to everyone that they can ride fast... please don't attend this session.

 

We will all learn together slowly how to ride fast by learning how to take corners correctly and smoothly. The key to fast lap times is not high speeds on the straights.. its the speed through the corners. The smoother you are.. the faster you are.

Ok will keep that in mind. I feel pretty strange bringing a scrambler to track but I'd like to improve my bike handling skills and at the same time get a better understanding of the machine so that I can control it better on road...

 

Noob rider here on semi-offroad tires (my mech's busy this weekend so I can't get my tires changed to more road-friendly ones)... don't leave me too far behind in the corners haha... :cheeky:

Hi bro raptor, when i read these sentences, i'm so happy n excited..is it for real? i wud luv to participate n try my luck..im really keen abt it..but the sad thing is, i do not hv a 2B bike..to be honest, im riding a class 2 bike..talking abt experiences, ive been to PG & Sepang years back but i still find myself not to the criteria yet..do u hv any idea or suggestion? went home and thought about the tire issue, have decided to withdraw for now since im not sure if i can get proper tires in time (working today... sigh)

Sorry lah.. it was meant as a joke. Next year I want to join the expert class and that is my only bike to race with... already put so much $$$ in race parts into the engine and suspension and then let somebody else ride it?
