SingTel voucher?

hi, i'm approaching my 24th month of my SingTel contract this Dec...Any ideas whether SingTel will be offering any kinda cash voucher so as to make the subscriber stay with them?

U can try call up and ask for vouchers.

They do give out vouchers. But they will see ur track record with them.

Good bill payments and long service award with them, they might give.

Worth a try, as this is some time back liao

I think because your friend is a Premium Subscriber. I get $500 Singtel Voucher every year. But recently, I've been get that + another $160, not sure where that $160 is coming from, but its been happening for 2 years already.

It actually from red reward, will be accumulate if your monthly bill above $100, the more you use the points dollars you get or otherwise just subscribe for most higher premium plan for very sure you will get $500 vouchers for $192.60 mothly.

My friend holding a high end plan for very long liao.. $500 voucher per year given..a month phone sub fee is $200 ++ BA

Singtel don't pratise giving voucher but only for high plans like premium/ itwoplus/ithreeplus plan. Those normal $20+ plan wait long long got ! haha. but anw, you can try call 1626 to threathen them say 've been a loyal customer very long bt no voucher for me & threaten to cancel or switch to starhb/m1 , & it's works most of e time! hope it helps.

my wife's Starhub was not even $25 dollar a month also got $200 voucher after 18th month's..

 

i'm with ST for i cant remember how many years.. at least more than 8yrs..

not a single voucher.. :angry:

 

MIO plan is also quite slow for my Ebay surfing already.. should be getting Starhub cable end of the year..

Singnet BB is decent, but not the MIO service. You'll regret surfing on MaxOnline during evening and peak hour periods.

 

Also, the equipment that SingTel provides for you "free of charge" has many issues, many of my friends and I have dumped the SingTel provided equipment, changed it to something else and have not experienced problems since.

Yes, I agree with their "free" items especially their wireless modems!

 

Gave up on me after 1 years' warranty and I had dumped them since.

no leh.. initially i wanted to call them n kpkb, how come my contracts end but nvr giv voucher for upgrade... then b4 i start to ques them, they reply me sayin we nid to put up a request then will hav voucher... then tat cust service officer help me put up a request to the dept in-charge...

i recieve vouchers every now and thn from starhub. i heard if u're in the hubber club even better. they give u more vouchers and more stuff when u renew contract
