FITS SPORTSTERS FROM 1986 TO 2003, AND FITS BIGTWINS EVOLUTIONS FROM LATE 1985 TO 1999. DESIGNED TO DRESS-UP THE STOCK 1/2 INCH 12 POINT HEAD BOLTS. THEY ATTACH WITH SOCKETHEAD SET SCREWS AND COME COMPLETE WITH THE NECESSARY WRENCH AND THE SCREWS.

They are Head Bolt Covers - Cover the bolts that hold down your cylinder head at the top of your engine. I always thought they were multi fit - now not sure. Cheers
