experienced this before....the hot coolant peed out for the excess hose under the lower fairing....

my radiator cap is faulty...changed it and back to normal :goodluck:

yo guys, i have this funny problem with my r1'07. there's no problem starting my bike when it's cold, but when i travel to another destination and switch off my bike, maybe just pump some petrol. whenever im moving off, i had difficulty starting my bike especially when it's hot, i have to hold the starter for quite some time to make sure the engine doesn't dies off, and the idling is pretty low in the beginning and i must wait for a few secs for the "auto-choke", if i start it normally it would just die off in an instant.

 

another scenario is, if i traveled for quite a distance, i switch off the starter switch instead of turning off the key. leaving it on without the engine running for a few minutes, same thing, bike temperature is hot. just switch on the starter switch and start my bike normally, no problem at all, idling and everything else is fine. hmm i thought it MIGHT be battery problems, but i just changed battery and the problem still exist. Anybody experienced this problem before or know what might cause this problem? Your help is much appreciated! Have a nice day.

wash/sync throttle body, do v/c, check ur starter if u wan it to be perfect start after a ride. or u can dun do anything cause its quite normal when bike is hot.

Fufu bro, u forgot to add in the info regarding a weak battery... Wakakaka. Never mind, i help u to add. :bounce: :bounce:

 

Sauce bro, if u see at the temp sensor gauge there, while crank start the bike, it keep flashing Hi Lo Hi Lo, that show that ur battery is giving way soon n the crank is a weak stress sound. Hope this help u. :thumb:

Met a Malay young chap at Seng Kwang ytd, wanna to install a used Voodoo slip on (not originally for R1) onto his 07' R1. SK even need to customise the mid pipe to the Voodoo. SK warned him that is going to be way too loud, chap said he go racing mah. Not sure whether he know the consequences after to his ride, he seems to go after only the sound from it, spoke to him about high-flow filter, PC, re-map, etc. he seems like know nothing about it. Common phrase from him "go PG racing" & "bike shop will tune my bike every time" !! BIG EGO...

So happy today, Change of E.O n replacing both front brake pad within an hour.... Including bleeding n bidding. :bouncefire: :bouncefire: i make it a record. Next time i wanna try within 45mins.
